Mfg.Eng. Process Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain on industrial design, manufacturing best practices, build processes, and tooling requirements.
• Create and maintain routings, As-Prepared BoMs, Standard Operating Instructions, configuration data, and technical sequences.
• Calculate standard times, perform Standard Work, optimize shop floor processes, and support continuous improvement and CAPEX planning.
• Conduct PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, support Health & Safety compliance, and participate in Quality Control Boards.
• Work with Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve work preparation issues, missing parts, and MRP impacts.
• Support first installation implementation and assess industrial impacts of design modifications with IA, ISE, and TDE teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Preparation, or a production environment within the aerospace or industrial sector.
• Advanced English proficiency required; Spanish is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, CATIA, hirify.global Process Specifications, PFMEA methodology, and configuration management.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global commercial referentials A2853.3 and A2019.1.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or CAPEX planning.
