Armament Integration Engineer

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Define armament integration requirements at system, subsystem, and equipment level for Future Combat Air Systems and other programs.
• Define Armament Control and Carriage Systems design requirements and assess the impact of integrating new armament into combat platforms.
• Prepare and assess technical documentation, including the Weapons-to-Aircraft Interface Control Document.
• Prepare safety documentation and generate Preliminary Hazard Analyses.
• Identify development lifecycle activities and confidence levels required by regulations and program requirements.
• Support low observability activities for weapons and stores integration, and define checkpoints and reviews aligned with program phases and gates.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in aircraft systems integration.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• High adaptability when working on new topics, new business areas, and in a networking environment.
