Manufacturing Engineering Project Lead (EFA FAL & Prototypes)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and public holidays may be required.

What you will do

• Lead business operations and strategy processes covering subcontracting, planning, CAPEX, risks and opportunities, and hours booking.
• Act as Export Control Focal Point and Technical Rater.
• Drive process industrialisation, change management, aircraft configuration control, and manufacturing structure definition.
• Provide shop floor sustaining support, resolve manufacturing issues, and apply Kaizen and Practical Problem Solving methods.
• Assess, develop, and integrate innovative manufacturing technologies for future business requirements.
• Create and maintain Work Orders, Technical Instructions, and Job Cards while collaborating with multifunctional teams.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in aeronautical, industrial, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, process industrialisation, and planning.
• Negotiation-level English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of BO&S management, SAP, Excel, DeMaT, CMS, SIPLA, 3DAV, pulse line methodologies, and shop floor sustaining.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in Part 21 or MRO/Part 145 environments.
• Active NATO Secret clearance (HPS).
