Process Engineer HTP WB (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Integrate industrial requirements into design phases, promote design-for-manufacture practices, and coordinate technical configuration management.
• Develop manufacturing engineering build processes, calculate operation-level cycle times, and define requirements for tooling, equipment, and machinery.
• Create and maintain routings, bills of materials, and standard operating instructions in line with hirify.global processes and Golden Rules.
• Implement standard work and standard time values, conduct FMEA/PFMEA analyses, and define measurement tasks for quality control panels.
• Act as the manufacturing engineering signatory for hirify.global process specifications, resolve shop-floor escalations, and support Run@Rate validations.
• Assess the industrial impact of technical modifications, support CAPEX and budget planning, and integrate EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in aeronautical, industrial, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering, work preparation, or production industrialization in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hirify.global processes A2019.1, A2853.3, AIPS, AIPI, and MNI, as well as SAP/MRP systems, PFMEA, and industrial tooling specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 equivalent level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with A350 or A330 horizontal tail planes.
• Experience with composite or metallic structural assemblies.
• Spanish language skills.
