What you will do

• Develop sustainable propulsion technologies for future aircraft.
• Build technical competence in complex aircraft propulsion products.
• Help resolve technical issues reported by production teams and airlines worldwide.
• Develop stakeholder management skills while working with engine and nacelle manufacturers.
• Complete at least one rotation on a different mission during the two-year development programme.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in aeronautics or mechanical engineering.
• Strong technical interest in aircraft propulsion and ambition to develop toward a technical leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Critical thinking, willingness to suggest improvements, emotional intelligence, humility, and self-awareness.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of professional development.
