Power Tool Center Engineer (f/m/d) (Automotive)

Location: Legnickie Pole, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Poland; onsite customer work and up to 25% travel within Europe.

What you will do

• Provide service and customer support for hirify.global electronic and pneumatic installation tools across the EMEA region.
• Program Siemens production systems and configure industrial networks.
• Install pneumatic and electronic tooling onsite in automated assembly lines.
• Train customers and provide remote or onsite technical support.
• Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot power tools while recommending performance improvements.
• Coordinate with R&D, product marketing, logistics, sales, and other cross-functional teams while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of serial and Ethernet/IP protocols for industrial equipment.
• Extensive PLC knowledge and experience interacting with automated equipment.
• Ability to read and create electrical and electronic schematics and troubleshoot related problems.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good spoken and written English skills and excellent written and verbal native-language skills.
• Customer-service mindset, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.

Nice to have

• Project management experience.
• CAD modeling and basic SAP knowledge.
