Technical Application Engineer TII - Refractory/High Temperature Insulation (High-Temperature Insulation)

Location: Based in Poland, Italy, Spain, France or Belgium; travel to these countries is expected 3–4 times per month.

What you will do

• Provide technical application support to customers and internal colleagues.
• Develop compliant insulation and refractory solutions for high-temperature industrial applications.
• Interpret customer requirements, technical specifications and drawings.
• Support projects from design through after-sales, including technical documentation and recommendations.
• Respond to technical enquiries, troubleshoot issues and manage multiple technical priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, testing and certification bodies on product validation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with high-temperature insulation, refractories or industrial furnace applications.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations.
• Effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Practical problem-solving approach, ability to manage multiple priorities and commitment to continuous learning.
