Process Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Istanbul, DESBAS (Tuzla), Türkiye

hirify.global is an international technology company that develops and manufactures security systems, with a new full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

What you will do

• Prepare and update technological documentation, including work instructions, assembly schemes, route maps, and quality standards.
• Develop and improve production processes, equipment, automation tools, and technical requirements for devices and special tools.
• Calculate material and energy consumption standards and analyze process efficiency, productivity, and production flow.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices on the production floor.
• Lead cost-saving and continuous-improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Train production staff on technical knowledge, processes, and improvement methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in production processes, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and analyzing and optimizing production processes.
• Knowledge of automation and mechanization systems.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Good command of English in written and verbal communication.
