Project Manager/Contract Superintendent (Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Full-time role involving site inspections, surveillance, and project delivery across South Australia. Australian citizenship is required for eligibility for defence clearance.

What you will do

• Lead civil, infrastructure, and development projects from planning through completion.
• Perform Contract Superintendent duties, including assessing variations, claims, extensions of time, and contractual obligations.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, quality, risk, contractor performance, and contractual compliance.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and coordinate contractors, consultants, councils, and project teams.
• Conduct project meetings, site inspections, and surveillance activities to support timely decisions and verify completed works.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice and prepare project reporting, recommendations, and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Contract Superintendent, Senior Contract Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Experience delivering civil, infrastructure, construction, or development projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and Superintendent responsibilities.
• Experience administering construction contracts, including variations, claims, and extensions of time.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and commercial judgement skills.
• Australian citizenship required for eligibility for defence clearance.
