Sr. Project Manager (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Lead new product development and cross-functional business projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Develop business cases, project objectives, statements of work, project plans, budgets, timelines, communication plans, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial stakeholders.
• Run project meetings, status updates, cross-functional reviews, and leadership presentations.
• Track project execution through dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive mitigation plans, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across matrixed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Sales Operations, or a related function.
• At least 2 years of project management experience in a regulated or complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, planning, budgeting, communication, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Lean concepts, process mapping, operational excellence, change management, and new product development.
• Knowledge of medical device commercialization processes and industry trends.
