V.I.E Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Donauwörth, Bavaria, Germany; on-site checks and support for production and assembly teams are required.

What you will do

• Create and maintain electrical wiring diagrams and harness documentation.
• Modify baseline designs for customer-specific electrical customizations.
• Define wire routing, harness layouts, pin assignments, and labeling across schematics and installation documentation.
• Support production and assembly teams through on-site installation checks and wiring troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams on feasibility, compliance, and continuous improvement of wiring standards.

Requirements

• EU citizenship and age between 18 and 28 are required for the V.I.E. program.
• Completed degree in electrical or aerospace engineering, or comparable studies.
• Experience with See Electrical, EPLAN Electric P8, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar CAD tools.
• Solid knowledge of electrical wiring and harness design, including the ability to read technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Understanding of manufacturing and installation constraints, configuration management, and design change processes.
