What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and coordinate the mechanical design team.
• Own mechanical development status, bills of materials, and release processes.
• Drive designs from initial concepts to manufacturing-ready, series-production components.
• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets for mechanical development.
• Conduct design reviews and coordinate with architecture, simulation, and industrialization.
• Advance design guidelines and CAD methodology.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of mechanical design experience, ideally including technical leadership.
• Very good CAD and PDM/PLM skills.
• Experience taking prototypes into series production.
• Assertive, structured, and team-oriented working style.
