Electrical Project Manager

King & Moffatt Building Services provides mechanical and electrical building services from design and installation through ongoing facility maintenance across construction and infrastructure sectors.

What you will do

• Attend project start-up, site, contractor, and client meetings, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Review project specifications and manage technical submittals, RFIs, approvals, and project documentation.
• Track labour, progress, variations, schedules, construction programmes, and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, main contractors, client site teams, plant, equipment, and material availability.
• Manage snagging, improvements, handover activities, and the project document management system.
• Communicate innovative project-specific work to the Contracts Manager.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects in data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, commercial, hospital, or healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of LV and MV electrical systems.
• Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Construction or Project Management qualification preferred.
