What you will do

• Design electrical harness architecture and complete schematics for the Launch Vehicle.
• Act as product owner for next-generation harnesses, managing lifecycle, budget, and scope.
• Engineer harnesses with focus on pinning, shielding, routing, and EMI/EMC compliance.
• Generate manufacturing documentation, including BOMs and testing files.
• Collaborate with structures, propulsion, sensor, and actuator teams to align interfaces.
• Support integration and production activities to ensure installation feasibility.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in harness design, sizing, and documentation from concept to production.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks Electrical, Capital, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of EMI/EMC challenges and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to interpret system-level diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aerospace harnessing standards and practices.
• Experience in RF harnessing applications.
• Experience in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX), including harnessing modules.
• Experience in 3D harness design and routing, including bundling and clamping.
• Hands-on experience in harness assembly.
