Talent Acquisition 6-Month Intern (Aerospace)

Location: Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany; onsite work required at least 2 days per week

hirify.global is a fast-growing aerospace company developing sustainable launch solutions for small and medium-sized satellites and constellations in Low Earth Orbit.

What you will do

• Source candidates through multiple channels and support candidate engagement.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support first-round interviews and publish job advertisements on career pages and job boards.
• Maintain Greenhouse, the applicant tracking system, and keep recruiting data up to date.
• Support talent attraction projects, including KPI setup and recruiting analytics.
• Help organize recruiting events and identify improvements to hiring processes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and KPI tracking.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Parsdorf at least 2 days per week.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Prior practical exposure to recruiting or HR.
• German language skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another ATS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
