Recruiting Operations Coordinator (AI)

Location: Remote, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain ATS data quality, workflows, and hiring records.
• Track hiring pipelines, follow up on pending actions, and support recruiters and hiring managers.
• Prepare hiring reports, summaries, and recruiting metrics.
• Identify process bottlenecks and help improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, operations, or administrative support.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with ATS platforms and spreadsheets.
• High ownership and willingness to take initiative.
