Location: Remote, with the preferred candidate based in Canada and working hours aligned to ET or PT

What you will do
- Lead the global recruitment function and manage full-cycle hiring across all levels, regions, and disciplines.
- Own strategic senior and executive searches, including direct partnership with the CEO and executive leaders.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines ahead of business needs.
- Lead, coach, and support the talent team while coordinating priorities, workload, and performance.
- Partner with the CPO, hiring managers, regional leaders, and People Operations to align recruitment with business strategy.
- Track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, improve candidate experience, and promote AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in technology consulting or a related field.
- Successful experience with full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, and executive search.
- Experience overseeing talent operations across multiple regions and working with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience managing or mentoring a talent team and developing direct reports.
- Ability to advise senior and C-suite leaders on hiring, business strategy, and organizational priorities.
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, AI-powered tools including Claude and Gemini, and recruitment performance metrics.
