What you will do
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with job postings, interview scheduling, debriefs, and candidate follow-ups.
- Use GoodTime, an AI scheduling platform, to accelerate hiring timelines and collect candidate feedback.
- Attend intake meetings to align on hiring needs and role requirements.
- Prepare and extend accurate written offer letters.
- Host virtual interviews and deliver an organized candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, organization, communication, and deadline management skills.
- English fluency required.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Codility, GoodTime, HireRight, and background check processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize independently, collaborate effectively, solve problems, and build rapport with candidates and internal partners.
