Location: NCR - WGC; field work and face-to-face meetings in Cavite, Philippines

What you will do

• Manage and acquire major merchant partners in Cavite and build strong account relationships.
• Grow payment-services revenue and increase the number of active partner stores.
• Drive adoption of the GCash for Business Portal, payment devices, Bills Payment, and online web checkout.
• Introduce lending products and adtech marketing tools to business partners.
• Advise merchants on sales, marketing, merchandising, and distribution.
• Lead marketing and merchant-acquisition campaigns from planning through execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in General Trade sales.
• Understanding of P&L principles.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to perform field work and attend face-to-face meetings.
• Strong presentation, influencing, organization, and communication skills.
• Dynamic, focused, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach.
