Sales Regional Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive Sales Operations projects across Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, South Africa, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Coordinate with local go-to-market, Data, Fraud, and Merchant Operations teams to keep regional initiatives on track.
• Build and maintain sales performance metrics covering representative productivity, target attainment, cost per sale, and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop frameworks to assess representative performance and identify where support or intervention is needed.
• Analyze growth relative to market penetration and support forecasting, target-setting, and planning with reliable data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, data, finance, or a related field.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and the ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Experience with CRM systems, SQL, and analytics tools such as Snowflake, Hex, or BigQuery.
• Experience working with data and stakeholders across multiple countries or business entities.
• Ownership mentality, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
