Senior Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, New York, United States

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do

• Coordinate program activities from contract award through software and hardware delivery.
• Act as the primary customer contact for all program matters.
• Own program performance and provide regular status updates to management.
• Lead a matrixed team across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Contracts.
• Manage shared resources across multiple programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant program management experience in aerospace, defense, or highly engineered manufacturing.
• Knowledge of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate under pressure.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information and obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Some travel may be required.
