Senior Program Manager (Microwave)

Location: Remote from an approved location; the role is based in San Jose with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office.

Salary: $155,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development program and drive day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and plan the resources required for program delivery.
• Establish tools, practices, and processes to synchronize engineering teams.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, roadmaps, budgets, and integrated master schedules.
• Track schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance metrics.
• Represent hirify.global with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers while supporting proposals, RFI responses, and business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant program management experience.
• B.S. in an engineering discipline; an M.S. or Ph.D. is preferred.
• Track record of delivering complete hardware, firmware, software, and algorithm systems on time, within scope, and with high quality.
• Experience developing or managing satellite-based systems and integrated master schedules.
• Expertise with modern cloud-based productivity tools, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vendor and contract management. Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status, eligibility without export authorization, or eligibility and a reasonable likelihood of obtaining the required authorization.
