TL;DR
Business Associate (SOS Product) (SaaS/Travel Risk Management): Driving commercial, partner, and operational projects for a duty-of-care and travel-risk-management product with an accent on go-to-market enablement, event-based marketing, and cross-functional execution. Focus on synthesizing complex information, building internal processes, representing the SOS Business Lead, and developing expertise in ISO 31030, travel insurance, and emergency management.
Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere. Workations are available for up to 183 days per year.

What you will do
- Own high-priority commercial, partner, and operational projects for the SOS product from problem definition through delivery.
- Support go-to-market objectives by developing sales enablement processes with the SOS Business Lead.
- Manage event-based marketing campaigns and support relationships with external partners.
- Represent the SOS Business Lead in meetings, synthesize information, and prepare internal and customer-facing materials.
- Develop expertise in Duty of Care and Travel Risk Management, including ISO 31030 frameworks, travel insurance, and emergency management.
- Resolve internal bottlenecks and promote the SOS product across departments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, startups, or a generalist/founder's associate role, or an outstanding academic record with strong internship experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German.
- Structured and analytical approach to ambiguous problems, with comfort using AI and quantitative data.
- Strong ownership, proactive working style, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Interest in or preliminary experience with Duty of Care, Travel Risk Management, travel insurance, and emergency management.
- Basic understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and partnerships, along with strong networking and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, startups, or a generalist/founder's associate-type role.
- Prior knowledge of ISO 31030 or related travel-risk-management frameworks.
