Staff Product Manager (ERP)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in the DACH market, with ERP, shop, and fulfillment products used by thousands of merchants.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a significant ERP area focused on the ERP Cloud transformation and its interfaces with hirify.global-Wawi.
• Solve complex, interconnected product problems spanning multiple teams, the platform, engineering, design, and product management.
• Drive prioritization across team interfaces and maintain a credible roadmap for senior stakeholders.
• Set the discovery quality bar through evidence-based decisions and proactive identification of customer needs.
• Own competitive positioning, measure adoption, retention, and revenue, and establish experimentation practices.
• Drive commercial outcomes and launch readiness with Marketing, Sales, GTM, Support, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or complex product environments.
• Experience owning large product areas end to end and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience shipping a major platform shift or migration, ideally from desktop or on-premise software to cloud/SaaS.
• Evidence of improving product management practices through standards, frameworks, artifacts, or coaching.
• Experience with prioritization, KPI trees, adoption and retention goals, data-based decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• English is the internal working language. German is advantageous for working with deeply German merchant workflows.

Nice to have

• Domain expertise in ERP, commerce operations, or workflow-heavy B2B software involving orders, invoicing, stock, or fulfillment.
