Junior Engineer (Energy)

Location: Brussels, Belgium. The role includes temporary assignments abroad, such as France and the Netherlands. Work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support transformation projects for clients across different industries.
• Structure data, perform analyses, and prepare benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Map processes and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team support responsibilities and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience.
• Trilingual French, Dutch, and English communication skills are required.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
• Analytical thinking, strong synthesis skills, autonomy, dynamism, rigor, and results orientation.
• Collaborative approach and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluent German.
• Relevant initial professional experience.
