Business Analyst (HR Integration)

Location: Multiple locations with flexible remote and hybrid working options. Workation is available from any hirify.global location for up to 4 weeks per year within the EU.

hirify.global provides payroll and HR services and develops solutions covering the employee journey, including payroll, talent management, and workforce operations.

What you will do

• Onboard new partners to the SD Connect HR integration platform.
• Lead partner workshops and define data mappings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support integrated product testing, operational readiness, and handover activities throughout onboarding projects.
• Provide ongoing functional support, manage data-mapping change requests, and assess integration quality.
• Support development squads, improvement projects, and the release process for new platform features.
• Define, maintain, and monitor documentation requirements for the tribe and its stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree at bachelor or master level, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR system integration projects as a functional analyst or implementation consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business requirements and their impact on technical implementation.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with operations, implementation, and development teams in an international environment.
• Good written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of payroll processes.
• Experience with Core HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
