What you will do
- Analyze, design, model, and implement business processes using BPM tools, simulations, and optimization analyses.
- Lead transformation projects and initiatives from requirements analysis through implementation and performance monitoring.
- Analyze data flows, design data models, define data requirements, and translate business needs into reporting and dashboard specifications.
- Support data governance, data quality, ownership, compliance, KPI definition, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Work with BI, analytics, IT, and business stakeholders to integrate process design with data infrastructure.
- Guide 1–2 analysts, support client adoption and training, and contribute to proposals, knowledge sharing, and capability development.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in process consulting, data consulting, or digital transformation.
- Experience with BPM, data modeling, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and client-facing skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, SQL, or other data analysis tools is beneficial.
- Fluent Dutch, French, and English required.

- Additional language skills such as German.
- Strong interest in data and AI-related topics.
