Senior Software Engineer (C++)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; full-time onsite work at the Mossville office five days per week. Travel up to 10%. Relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are available.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year

What you will do

• Develop positioning and control algorithms using Simulink models and C++ software.
• Perform simulations to validate model development.
• Create automated software tests for real-time embedded control systems.
• Maintain design documents, models, source code, and other project work products.
• Communicate designs and analysis results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to new product and process design, maintenance, and improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with Matlab, Simulink, and C++.
• Experience with sensing technologies such as IMUs, GNSS receivers, laser receivers, or UTS systems.
• Experience with Kalman filters and real-time embedded control systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with software developers, validation engineers, quality engineers, product managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to work onsite in Mossville five days per week.
