Senior Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX or remote within the United States; remote work is not available from Alaska, Delaware, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Wyoming.

Annual salary: $98,699–$148,048

What you will do

• Develop reporting, dashboards, and visualizations for executive decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights through advanced analysis, KPI development, and data storytelling.
• Contribute to board-level reporting and strategic presentations.
• Build and maintain scalable datasets, ETL processes, data pipelines, and automation solutions.
• Improve data quality, governance, reporting accuracy, and documentation across multiple systems.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, product, and business teams while mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, computer science, data analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data warehousing.
• Advanced analytical, statistical, SQL, and programming skills, including Python or a similar language.
• Experience with relational databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, or Oracle, plus data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
• Experience building ETL processes, data pipelines, reusable datasets, and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or Python-based tools.
• Familiarity with dbt, Dagster, GitHub, Git-based workflows, and AI-enabled development tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with knowledge management and documentation tools such as Notion.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
