About the Role

You will analyze what drives successful sales proofs of concept and self-service trials. You will partner with growth stakeholders to improve product-led sales, evaluate monetization strategies, experiment with data tools and workflows, provide feedback to product teams, and help colleagues use Hex effectively as a data workspace.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a data analyst, analytics engineer, data scientist, or equivalent analytical professional experience
• Track record of maximizing business impact while navigating ambiguity and unblocking supported functions
• Curiosity about new technologies and willingness to experiment with data tools and workflows
• Commitment to quality, simplicity, and maintainability
• Strong agent management skills
• Knowledge of SQL and dbt
• Experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines
• Experience at a sales-driven B2B company is helpful
• Experience with emerging data ecosystem tools or methods is helpful
• Community involvement through documentation, mentoring, or external knowledge sharing is helpful
