Program Manager - Forestry (Australia & New Zealand) (Forestry Certification)

Location: Remote within Australia or New Zealand; the role can be performed while remaining based in the candidate's home country.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Forestry team, aligning performance and initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage forestry certification, compliance, and second-party audit programs across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop new certification programs, service offerings, and customer opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Key Account teams, clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve audits, maintain records, prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training while maintaining competency as a File Reviewer and Certification Decision Maker.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams and building strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in auditing, certification, compliance, or a related industry.
• Forestry Trainer/Auditor technical qualifications and Lead Auditor recognition.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant training.
• Current valid driver's licence.
