Senior Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; hybrid with at least 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end program strategies for complex technology implementations.
• Represent hirify.global in governance forums and steering committees with senior clients, suppliers, and internal leadership.
• Create and manage program budgets, financial accountability, delivery risks, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain quality assurance and progress reporting standards throughout the program lifecycle.
• Mentor Project Managers and build delivery capability across complex programs.
• Apply global delivery standards to international client environments.

Requirements

• Extensive technology project and program management experience in financial markets or a comparable global industry.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex programs across international and cross-functional environments from initiation through client acceptance.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Deep understanding of financial technology infrastructure and the full software development lifecycle.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including Scrum Master practice.
• Previous experience as a developer, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
