Program Director (Federal Programs)

Location: Remote within the United States with periodic on-site travel to Washington, D.C. U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Provide overall leadership and oversight for the DOT Executive Coaching Program.
• Support execution across the Department of Transportation's 11 Operating Administrations.
• Oversee program performance, staffing, scalability, service quality, and coordination.
• Support implementation of executive and team coaching services.
• Align activities with DOT objectives, requirements, milestones, deliverables, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, coaching personnel, and other stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience relevant to executive leadership, federal programs, executive coaching programs, or comparable program oversight.
• Ability to lead a scalable program supporting multiple organizations and concurrent requirements.
• Ability to oversee Key Personnel and a distributed coaching workforce.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and program oversight capabilities.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check and be able to be named as Key Personnel in the proposal.
