Cyber Security Improvement Program Manager

Location: Primarily based at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus, Australia, with on-campus and work-from-home options; work across other Griffith locations may be required. Full unrestricted Australian work rights are required.

Salary: AUD 147,057.74 base plus 17% superannuation; total package AUD 172,057.55.

What you will do

• Lead the Cyber Security Improvement Program and align delivery with strategic objectives and governance requirements.
• Develop integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, quality, benefits, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions across multiple workstreams.
• Provide reporting, advice, and recommendations to executive leaders, sponsors, and governance committees.
• Oversee suppliers, contracts, procurement, assurance activities, audits, and implementation of resulting actions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, organisational change, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in program or project management, information technology, cyber security, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience delivering cyber security projects or programs.
• Experience delivering projects using PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Full unrestricted Australian work rights are required.
• Ability to work primarily at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus and across other university locations when required.
• Availability to undergo a National criminal history check if required.
