Product Engineering, Principal Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Design, develop, debug, and qualify semiconductor products with product engineering, design, hardware, firmware, test, and process teams.
• Debug and characterize the performance of digital and analog circuits using production data and test-lab experimentation.
• Optimize production test screens and flows to improve yield and quality while reducing test time and DPPM.
• Define yield and manufacturing specifications for wafer sort, final test, and system-level test insertions.
• Support RMA testing, customer escalations, and coverage-gap resolution with customer-facing and quality teams.
• Lead new product, package, and fabrication qualification before volume production.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of semiconductor product engineering experience.
• Strong experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
• Ability to solve complex problems, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, and interpersonal skills.
