Senior Reliability Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Set up, execute, and analyze reliability testing for SRAM, Flash, NVM, OTP, MTP, and eFUSE technologies.
• Perform periodic reliability monitoring and evaluate device and product lifecycles.
• Design and implement hardware and software solutions for reliability characterization with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop wafer-level and package-level reliability test methodologies and corresponding test programs.
• Prepare technical reliability presentations, support customer visits, and participate in reliability risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in reliability, device physics, or semiconductor testing.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of MOS device physics and reliability statistics.
• Ability to work effectively under tight project timelines.
