What you will do

• Manage assigned systems engineering projects and programs, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
• Direct systems engineering teams, assign work, and support productivity and professional development.
• Manage business requirements analysis, system functionality design, verification, capability sizing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare development cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and project proposals for management and business stakeholders.
• Oversee the system development life cycle, system testing, and validation processes.
• Maintain safety standards and support ethical and compliant business operations.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing complex systems and data to determine appropriate technical and operational actions.
• Ability to lead employees according to established policies and manage team objectives and performance.
• Experience with systems requirements, functionality design, development, testing, and validation.
• Ability to prepare and present technical project information, schedules, budgets, and proposals.
• Ability to work in Singapore.
