Semiconductor Foundry Operations Manager

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external semiconductor foundry partners.
• Manage the transition and release buy-off from NPI phase to High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
• Lead technical debug and troubleshooting meetings to resolve low yields and process excursions.
• Oversee quality management metrics, Process Change Notifications (PCN), and fab audits.
• Evaluate process parameters, monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC), and develop FMEA for new processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• 5+ years of direct experience in wafer fabrication, fab process engineering, or yield analysis.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, process integration, and cleanroom operations.
• Experience with process modules such as Etch, Lithography, CVD, and PVD.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills for managing external vendors.

Nice to have

• Experience in 12-inch/300mm wafer fabrication environments.
• Experience in Silicon Photonics.
