Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage manufacturing staff by communicating expectations, monitoring performance, coaching employees, and supporting professional development.
• Maintain and monitor production workflows, work instructions, and Operations standards.
• Schedule and assign personnel to execute production plans and prepare shift production summaries.
• Resolve personnel and operational issues by analyzing data, investigating causes, and recommending solutions.
• Lead Kaizen and LSGA activities within the department.
• Escalate issues as needed to ensure manufacturing plans are properly executed.

Requirements

• College-level education or a college degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
