Production Supervisor (Data Centers)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 3rd shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives

Company

hirify.global designs, manufactures, markets, installs, and services electrical connection and protection solutions for critical infrastructure, including data centers.

What you will do

• Lead production employees through training, direction, performance reviews, education, and mentoring.
• Manage day-to-day production activities to meet current commitments while improving operations.
• Monitor daily performance using process center communication boards.
• Drive waste reduction and operational improvements through Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and support workplace safety programs.
• Review weekly payroll hours, support new process and product implementation, and lead improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably including manufacturing leadership.
• At least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience with the ability to apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
• Availability for the 3rd shift: 10:45 PM–7:15 AM.
