Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (A Shift)

Salary: $74,353–$94,011 per year

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned manufacturing departments and provide resources to maximize throughput while minimizing waste.
• Monitor production goals, processing timelines, productivity, quality, and service-level performance.
• Manage attendance records, performance evaluations, advancement recommendations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify root causes of quality or productivity issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate detailed shift handoffs and communicate operational issues to incoming management and senior leadership.
• Maintain quality assurance standards in coordination with the Quality Services team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, or comparable management experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work the A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., plus every other Saturday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Nice to have

• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience driving safety culture improvements and Kaizen initiatives.
