What you will do

  • Support tactical sourcing for the Enterprise Service business.
  • Select service suppliers and negotiate service-level agreements and financial improvements.
  • Develop business relationships with external service providers.
  • Analyze supplier performance and lead regular evaluation reviews.
  • Coordinate with regional and country legal and compliance teams to maintain compliant supplier practices.
  • Manage supplier program processes, documentation, data, contracts, and exhibits, and contribute to competitive tender events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 1–2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
  • Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and business-savvy approach.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in procurement or supplier management.
