Manager, Facility Services

Location: Onsite at 2440 W Mason St, Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Oversee multiple facility-services and operations-improvement projects across stores.
• Define project scopes, objectives, management plans, and governance processes.
• Lead teams and coordinate work across multiple store locations.
• Track plan changes, resolve critical issues, and monitor project budgets and costs.
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement, digital transformation, customer focus, and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area.
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
