Senior Manager I, Facilities Maintenance - Health and Wellness Non-Store Operations

Location: Frederick, Maryland, United States; onsite at the Frederick WM on-campus/RX facilities

Salary: $92,050–$170,950 per year, plus potential annual or quarterly performance bonuses and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Lead facility maintenance operations across Health and Wellness non-store locations while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.
• Manage vendor performance, contracts, service quality, and repair coordination.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility systems and Central Fill Automation Equipment.
• Manage operating budgets, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and resolve operational issues.
• Coach and delegate work to maintenance teams, building accountability and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in facility management, maintenance, repair, predictive maintenance, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, management, or a related field plus 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Knowledge of building codes, electrical systems, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience managing budgets, operating expenses, vendors, and project delivery.
• Leadership experience supervising, coaching, and delegating tasks.
• Additional certifications may be required by applicable state laws or regulations.
