Realty Project Coach

Location: Greenfield, Wisconsin, United States. Based at a home store with frequent travel to surrounding states or farther across the US; associates may be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time. Primarily overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annual salary, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other additional compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Own project execution in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, obstacles, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership and team leads to supervise hourly associates and resolve store, supplier, and associate concerns.
• Hire, train, mentor, evaluate, and recognize associates while supporting their development and career paths.
• Implement business solutions, monitor progress and results, and adapt to changing operational demands.
• Travel frequently for project assignments; mileage is reimbursed and overnight stays are paid for Realty Project Coach roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus one year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area, or three years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, store design, or related operations.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to complete required training and assessments.
• Availability for primarily overnight shifts and frequent travel of up to 1,000 miles from home.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
