Realty Project Coach (Retail)

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at a home store with frequent travel across the US. The role requires overnight shifts averaging 10–12 hours and being away from home approximately 80% of the time, including 17–21 day periods.

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus potential performance bonuses and stock compensation.

What you will do

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders while minimizing impact on store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates.
• Partner with store leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve concerns and escalations.
• Travel to project locations across the US and support changing project workloads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work primarily overnight shifts.
• Ability to travel frequently, including up to 1,000 miles from home and extended stays of 17–21 days.
• Completion of required job training and assessments.
