Manager, Facility Services (HVAC)

Location: Onsite at 210 Cobb Pkwy S, Marietta, GA 30060-6509, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Direct HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, critical power, and facility maintenance operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs, inspections, standard operating procedures, and energy-reduction initiatives.
• Manage complex facility projects, including work planning, scheduling, cost control, material procurement, inspections, and completion tracking.
• Lead regional field operations, monitor contractor performance, and coordinate maintenance service completion.
• Develop and manage capital, labor, materials, and department budgets while reviewing invoices, contracts, and return on investment.
• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate associates while promoting compliance, safety, integrity, and a culture of belonging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or a related area.
• EPA 608 Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to manage facility systems, budgets, projects, contractors, regulatory compliance, and maintenance operations.
