Senior Product Testing Specialist (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Review low-yield production lots, provide disposition, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with test engineering, assembly, quality, internal factories, and OSAT partners to resolve production issues.
• Execute sustaining activities to improve lot rejection rates, reduce EQA hold rates, and support delivery fulfillment.
• Qualify and validate new products, migrate tester platforms, and perform engineering activities.
• Drive gross-margin improvement through yield enhancement and support system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment, preferably in test product engineering, test engineering, or product engineering.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and power product testing, failure analysis, reliability testing, and root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with statistical data analysis tools such as JMP and Spotfire.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with people at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with module devices.
• Visual Basic or C++ programming experience.
• Experience with ATE tester platforms such as Teradyne ETS364/Flex or Advantest.
