What you will do
- Manage project planning, site execution, testing, commissioning, and customer handover.
- Coordinate customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, internal stakeholders, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards, project documentation, variation orders, progress claims, and reporting.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and site requirements to ensure installation readiness.
- Identify technical, operational, commercial, and safety risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead project delivery improvements while maintaining customer satisfaction, installation quality, and statutory compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of project engineering experience in construction, M&E, elevator, or escalator industries; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of DOSH/OSHA requirements and site safety practices is advantageous.
- Preferably Malaysian candidates; work location is Penang.
