Production Executive (Manufacturing)

Location: Penang, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Production Department.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production issues and support order fulfilment.
• Ensure smooth production flow and achievement of quality and output targets.
• Prepare and update production-related reports.
• Plan and manage manpower matters, including discipline and performance.
• Implement process improvements and maintain ISO procedures, company policies, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Written and spoken English, Malay, and Chinese.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage high workloads, multitask, and work under pressure.
